By downloading or using TagHue ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Devside SRL grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TagHue on any Apple device you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
You may use TagHue solely for its intended purpose: connecting your Philips Hue smart lights to iOS notifications on your personal devices. You may not:
TagHue integrates with Philips Hue (Signify), Slack, and Apple services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Devside SRL is not affiliated with Philips, Signify, or Slack.
All content, design, and code within TagHue is the property of Devside SRL or its licensors. "Philips Hue" is a trademark of Signify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all hardware configurations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devside SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including missed notifications or unintended light behavior.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
